22 to 24 January 2025 (Workshop Dates)

Workplaces are complex and dynamic communities where people will experience all the highs and lows of any system of relationships. When employees are disengaged, it results in a downward spiral for both the employees and the organisation. Team members are affected and the organisation will be impacted financially and psychologically due to employees’ low morale. At LCCS we advocate for building effective relationships and positive culture at the workplace. It is important to consistently build and maintain quality working relationships and at the same time, create a safe space for effective engagement when things go wrong.
