It is important to consistently build and maintain quality working relationships and at the same time, create a safe space for effective engagement when things go wrong.

This course is suitable for participants who:
Can understand, speak, read and write English clearly and confidently
Have at least two years of working experience
Are comfortable working with basic numbers
