In the event that I choose to appeal against the assessment outcome, what is the appeal process?

Learners are allowed to utilise the Appeal forms (Annex W) to appeal for an undesired assessment result by submitting the completed form to LCCS within 2 weeks of the assessment with a payment of $250.

Admin will inform the learner of the decision within 4 weeks upon receipt of the appeal.

There will not be any further appeals subsequent to the first.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You will be eligible for refund as follows:

– Cancellation 30 days from class commencement – 100% refund

– Cancellation 15 days from class commencement – 50% refund

– Cancellation 5 days from class commencement – No refund

What are the course completion requirements?

– Attendance of at least 75% for the course

– Assessed to be Competent at the end of the course.
