A group programme to equip married/unmarried couples with essential marital skills in building strong and fulfilling marriages. This 7-session workshop aims to help couples to gain greater self-awareness, develop a better understanding of their partner and improve communication and conflict resolution skills to deepen their relationships. The topic of parenting is also included as couples strive to build positive relationships with their children.
The Marriage Preparation Programme prepares couples with the knowledge and skills to build strong and resilient marriages. Our programme is based on Prepare & Enrich inventory and couples are provided with the platform to discuss topics such as communication styles, conflict resolution methods, and family of origin issues. Through facilitation and engagement by our counsellors, couples can understand one another better and have the confidence to build and strengthen relationships despite the challenges they might face.
