A practical 1-day training for educators who want structured, effective tools to resolve conflicts and strengthen relationships in their classrooms and schools.
Restorative Circles give you a protocol-driven process to address conflicts before they escalate to formal discipline. This is not counselling. It’s not mediation. It’s not a chat. It’s a facilitated accountability process where:
When it works: The conflict is resolved. Relationships are restored. Students develop conflict resolution skills. The issue doesn’t recur.
When it doesn’t work: You’ve documented a good-faith intervention attempt. Now formal discipline is justified and defensible.
The teachers’ training allows educators to come together to enhance their knowledge of key RP concepts, apply their skills competently to build a sense of community between staff and students, and gain the confidence to influence the larger school environment. Through this training, teachers will learn effective facilitation and communication techniques that will improve the quality of teacher-student interactions and enable teachers to approach school and classroom challenges confidently.

The parents’ workshop aims to equip parents with restorative parenting skills that will help them better understand their children’s behaviour, strengthen parent-child relationships, and impart effective communication skills. Parents will learn to provide their children with real and safe spaces to allow them to open up, connect with themselves, and be empowered to tell their stories through restorative conversations.
